Finally, the wait and anxiety is over.
How was your Valentine's Day celebration? Valentine's has been a crazy month for all of us at LittaLoft as we were seen busy sewing, customizing, gift-wrapping, invoicing, verifying and planning the happiest moment of the order process - to deliver your LOVE to that special someone of yours.
We truly understand the anxiety you've had on the actual day, not knowing how the receiver will react upon receiving this gift you have went on great lengths to get for him/her. We have made apprehensive plans with our delivery routes so that each and every orders will be punctually delivered. We were spotted in residential, commercial & industrial areas all around Singapore. From Loyang, Tampines, Bedok, Siglap, Katong, Shenton Way, Orchard, Ang Mo Kio, Newton, Thomson, Bukit Timah, Serangoon, Teck Whye, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Bukit Merah, Telok Blangah, Jurong... we were busy delivering your LittaLoft LOVE Cushions from 10am - 10pm with only pockets of 10mins in between a couple of deliveries. This year we've experienced a couple of "No One Answers The Door" syndrome which we had to call up the receivers. We decided to continue with our deliveries in that area while returning to visit that unanswered door again but still, to no avail. When this happens, we had to leave the gift outside the house! This was the first time of such an experience for us, as usually someone is around to sign our D.O and collect on behalf. Small problem we deem, as we had our delivery times well-planned. Thus, the timing that you instructed to us is of great importantance should you wish your loved ones to be the one to receive the gift. ^_^
Sales this Valentine's has tripled as compared to last year's. We have a couple of Corporate Orders for some promotional campaigns and annual gifts; almost half of repeat customers & their referred friends; many from Google & Yahoo and a handful from Social Network (Facebook)! Due to the influx of orders, we have put in more manpower and effort in making sure all orders will be manufactured in time!
Overall, we are really glad to be your Love messager for a day and hope our service meets your expectations. Thank you so much for your great compliments once again and it's everyone's efforts in making this world a Better place! Last but not least, if you ever love someone, let them know before it's all too late...
